Multiples of each angle are for different aperture settings to alter the Depth of Field which determines how much in- or out-of-focus the background will be. This enables different uses for the "negative space" surrounding the product. I personally am partial to the middle aperture shots here that slightly de-emphasize the background, but not to the point of being unrecognizable. I also like the warmth of the breakfast-time background, though I made sure to include some plain backgrounds.
